Your day begins with a morning departure from Swakopmund as we head inland, leaving the Atlantic breeze behind and entering the wide-open desert plains. The route offers shifting colours, silence, and long horizons—the perfect introduction to Namibia’s dramatic interior.

Our first stop is the historic Tit-Bit site, a small but significant landmark that reflects stories of the early days of settlement and transport routes in the Namib. It is a moment to step into the past, stretch your legs, and absorb the stillness of the desert.

From here we continue to the magnificent Spitzkoppe, often referred to as the “Matterhorn of Namibia.” Rising sharply from the desert floor, these ancient granite domes create one of the country’s most striking and spiritual landscapes.
